RACIST INCIDENTS REPORTED TO THE POLICE IN PLYMOUTH
New Network of Racist Incident Reporting Centres Victims of racist attacks who fear reporting the crime to the police are to benefit from a new project being launched in Plymouth. The initiative aims to establish a network of reporting centres based in existing community facilities. Any incident can be reported in strict confidence. Staff and volunteers in the centres are being given free training by the Monitoring Group Rural Racism Project. The first phase of the project will see Incident Reporting Centres based at:
