SPONSORSHIP OF THIS YEARS FESTIVAL
This is your opportunity to be involved in one of Plymouths longest running community events, by sponsoring the most colourful and happening annual event in the city. This event puts forward a positive and forward thinking face of Plymouth, setting the standards for the rest of the westcountry if not the UK to follow.
For your sponsorship money your presence will be seen at the festival site itself in Plymouth City Centre over the 2 days, on the official website www.plymouthrespectfestival.co.uk, in the 10th Anniversary commemorative brochure (10,000 copies being produced), and the commemorative DVD which will be launched after the event. As this years festival, and anniversary celebration, is intended to be the biggest and best to date – by extending the itinerary to include music events at Plymouth University, Marjons, The Hub and the City Museum and the Guidhall - we have contracted local PR and Media firm Motiongrafik to spread the word across the nation.
Please help us to succeed in this ambitious project by contributing towards the sponsorship of this vibrant event. Each year we rely on the generosity of Plymouth agencies and organisations (see attached list of current confirmed sponsors) to help with this venture. We would be grateful for an early response from you, by 31st August 2007, using the form attached, so that we can finalise our budget and activities for this year’s festival.
